I FINALLY got the Mommy Wig!!!~Pic Heavy~

I have been eyeing this wig for a few months now and I finally grew the cajones to buy it and try it. I havent had a wig on my head in over 8 years and I am wig challenged so ya'll tell me if this thing looks wiggis. It certainly doesnt look like all the other people who styled their mommy wigs on YT. Now ya'll be HONEST!! Dont have me looking like Wiggy Wanda or something.

Ya'll I have the most toe up, raggedy, illeform, beehive circle cornrow job under this wig. And what makes it so bad, is that in the crown area, I quit braiding and just sorta, tucked the hair under itself at the nape and pulled a wave cap over it. Its not even a REAL beehive b/c my hands got confused going from one side to the other so I sorta did half circle criss cross, stuff. In other words, I *igger rigged my hair to get it under here.



I have no IDEA why they call it the Mommy Wig.

I kinda like it. I don't thnk it looks wiggy and I do think you look good with short hair. However the hair seems uneven in weight. One side is fuller than the other. Not sure if that is by design or it is meant to be that way but I think it would look better if it was evened out.

I love the Mommy wig! I would probably work on the back a little b/c the curls look a little flat on the neck, but it works. Girl those braids you have under that wig must be on point b/c I have NO idea how you fit all that thick and lush hair under there

The hair was still wet on th pics but now that its dried, I fluffed the other side so now its more even.

it was wet??? Ohhhh...that explains the curls laying down on the back then . I'm sure now that it's dry, if you finger comb the curls just a wee bit they'll pop right back up and be totally fine. I've seen the ladies on YT rockin that thing and I'm SO tempted to get her but I just order 4 shortie wigs for the summer. I need a wig intervention.

I think that it looks nice. I don't know if you got a chance to really style it, and play with it in the picture. But I think that once your all dolled up and you get it laying just right it will be th bomb !
