Cute! I felt the same way-excited when I got my first sew-in years ago! It was a similar style to yours too, and I had to keep flat-ironing the front to blend. I don't have any tips except to maybe flat-iron and apply a good serum to combat humidity, which leads to reversion. Then, lay it down across the side like you are going to wrap the whole head. As I'm picturing this, it works, but be sure to tie down firmly with a wrap band or scarf. You can rollerset the rest if you want or let it hang. This technique should at least keep the small front portion relatively straight. HTH!
