Is there anything we can do?
I am having a very hard time because some people here can't accept PM's.
Why is this happening?
Was there abuse on the board?
I'd like to know.

I dont know why but this is too funny to me....

Uh.

Maybe because the person doesnt want anyone sending them private messages, its their right, as a member of the site. Or maybe that person is no longer a member of the site thus cant receive PM's. Maybe they had someone sending them a zillion and one PM's and found it in their best interest to turn the function to maintain their sanity.

Whatever the case may be, you can always find another member who can help you out or a moderator who can point you in the right direction.
