YESSSSSSS!!!! This is the stuff that my husband's grandmother used to send me to put in my oldest daughter's hair!!!! She SWEARS that it makes hair grow!
I need to find out if the have it at my local BSS. Off to find some!!!
ETA: I think anything that contains sulfur is good to "grow" hair if applied consistently...at least it helps in keeping a helathy scalp which ultimatley provides a good environment for hair growth.
