Ok so, I am trying to find a regimine and Im trying out some new things and this cowashing thing is something Im trying. I work out4-5 days a week so Im thinking it will be good to keep my hair clean as well as stronger and moisturized. Im not sure if I did it right so here is what I did:
Cowash in the shower with Aubrey Organics White Camilia Conditioner
**My hair has been in twists since Monday so kept them up and just cowashed with twists in so as to cleanse my scalp**
Continued with shower duties, let cond sit for about 5 min
Rinsed off and dried with towel
Applied Jane Carter Nourish and Shine
Applied Wondergro Shea Butter Oil to ends (twisted on ends, is this the same concept as sealing?)
So can I get some feedback? Am I on the right track? I would love the help and advice of my natural sister
