I can\'t remember, but how long between a wash and

a relaxer. I washed on Friday and am suppose to get relaxed Tuesday. I am thinking it is 48 hours. Does anyone remember what the relaxer precautions generally say?

I would suggest waiting at least 3 days in b/w. At that time the cuticles are more likely to be closed and the hair is less prone to chemical damage, you sound good to go! HTH

A min. of 24 hours before NO scalp irritation, brushing, washing, etc.

Maybe it's just a coincidence, but the last time I got a touch up don't ask me why but I washed the night before and would you believe it was the bast relaxer I'd ever had? maybe it was the Mizani, but my hair never looked and felt so good! I think I washed it b/c I was sure I couldn't get an appointment that day and then my stylist called me to say we were a go.
