I believe in Biotin

I just started taking it today; I am praying for results in about 5 months!! Has anyone noticed thicker hair or just growth from taking it? I need both !

For me only growth. My hair is pretty thick already so its difficult for me to tell on thickness.

Does it work well if it's inside of a multivitamin? I take a Nioxin Hair vitamin and it has a lot of biotin in it.
