thanks i have to get used to this tape though and i need to tame the fro underneath because i like big hair but this is CRAZY so my next step is to get cornrows after i show the stylist that flatironed my hair last month the PERMANANTLY STRAIGHT SECTIONS HE LEFT (he had the nerve to ask "did i do that!!!!!") but thats another post
i'm off to take the kiddie to see willie wonka

You look like you should be one of Charlie's angels its gawwwwgeous dahling! The twistout is fabulous too how much curly pudding do you use when you are twisting?

The lace wig looks great ms. p. I want to buy one but I'm trying to discipline my hair expenses for a bit.
I love the curl pudding twist out!
Sorry to hear that some parts were permanently straightened- I didn't even see any in you twist out pics.

Hey hair buddy thanks I dont know about Charlies angels but I know this thing is an attention getter at first i thought it might be because the color is loud but i guess its just that its alot of hair
-as far as the amount of pudding i used i basically soaked my hair in water and then smeared some on my hands rubbed it around and then smoothed it down the section of hair I dont think it was the lid full that that they suggest in fact i'm sure it was far less

for all of you who asked the total was about $212= $199 wig, $4.50 Topstick hairpiece tape and $8 for shipping which was great because even though she said i would get it about 4-5days later ups was on it and i got it next day good thing i ordered early in the morning maybe they accidently sent it next day

as far as hiding the lace in the front i dont do much 1) i cut the lace VERY CLOSE to where the hair started 2) I did not thin the hairs out in the front it might be thick or wiggy looking but why thin it and in time it will thin on its own i'm tryig to make it last 4ever 3) i only cut a few strands of "baby" hair 4) i cut the precut curved pieces of tape in 1/2 making the part nearest my hairline straight stick it on my 5-head CAUTION DO NOT LAY IT ON YOUR BABY HAIRS IT WILL REMOVE THEM and then i pull the wig a little bit farther than where the tape is that way as it settles and moves back the tape is not exposed! This is what I have learned in the 4-5 times that i have worn it It helps that the lace is similar to my skin tone but i am going to start puttin powder in the area to make it blend better here is a pic of the hairline b4 i cut the lace

I've read complaints that the wig was on the small side. What do you think and how big is your head? I kid, I kid. Seriously, what do you think?

I have a large dome!!!!! and i have an afro packed under the wig in the pic that is in my siggy i think that if my hair was cornrowed that it would fit alot better the only thing i can say is that right now it creeps up about 1in in the back and when i pull it down it moves the hairline at the top. Now i do that because i am used to my mono wig that lays on my neck BUT that rising in the back is only a matter of comfort because you cant see it at all since the wig is brastrap+ length. even if i pulled it into a ponytail i think it would still be covered.

---I saw on another board complaints about the April from hairpiece.com but it was also said that they shipped PETITE wigs instead of regular cap if i remember correctly

I am pleased with my wig i just wish i didnt have to put heat to it to get the really silky look although i loots ok without constant flatironing

Dang, now I have no excuse to buy one.

nope no excuses but make this the last major hair purchase for the year, how dare i when i plan on buying the April as soon as the regular size gets in stock!

My head is medium-large and I had no problem w/the wig being too small. Whether or not and how ur hair is braided underneath make a big difference in how the wig fits...
