I was going to wait until April/May.

But If i do it now, I can stretch until then, since I can easily deal with my hair.

I'm just real nervous.

The reason I am doing it now, is because I have an interview on Wednesday, and I want to be able to do my hair straight without it reverting as soon as I step out.

I have ORS normal.

Going to add the motions silkener, into it, and it's sectioned into 4 sections.

Anything else I should know?

Yikes!

And, I read the silkener and relaxer thread, but is there ever too much silkener in the relaxer?

How much should I realistically add in?

I'm a 4a/4b with 3c in the back.

I still want alot of texture left, just lightened, alot, to get length and to easily maintain.

So nervous

i can't add anything constructive - so i'll just add some encouragement!!

u know your hair better than anyone... do what feels right...

If you are referring to my thread, I mentioned that you should add the silk-containing product to your hair FIRST, let it dry (if it's wet like a conditioner) so it can form a protective film, and then apply the relaxer. If you mix the silk in with the relaxer, then the relaxer and the silk are going to hit at the same time, and you want the silk to protect your hair by forming a barrier, so hitting at the same time would kinda defeat the purpose.
