I am having problems logging on

Try clearing all of your cookies. Close the browser and log on again. See if that helps.

Hi,I am finally able to log on!!! I don't know what happened but NOTHING I did, including clearing cookies, would allow me to log on.

I would put in my user name and password and it would bring me back to the home page as if I never logged on.

You're not the first one to experience problems with their accounts. I'm not sure what the problem is.

I had to change my user name to log on. I hope no one sends a PM to the old user name. Oh well . . .
