I am about to... in Target

I Cannot believe my eyes! My target has a bunch of New natural hair care lines and then some. I'm talkin Camille Rose, DevaCurl, new Jane Carter, As I Am, and more! I will take pics and post in a sec. I am so shocked right now!

Did I miss the memo?

That happened about 2 years ago. It's still good though. I'm glad you found it. They got miss jessies, kinky curly, and many others. I also heard they will have Karen's body beautiful this summer.:yep:

They had those, but not Devacurl, KBB or Camille Rose

No you didn't miss the memo. They are bringing them in a little at a time. And they are only in select stores.

I saw the new Jane Carter yesterday.But I don't have the others in my store yet. We definitely don't have Deva Curl yet because I would have picked that up. I was tempted to get that new Jane Carter Hydrator.

Yep. Everyone trying to cash in on this natural hair thing while its hot. :lol: I love having such easy access to quality hair products.

I hope the products are not less quality because its being sold in Target because Walmart often forces its suppliers to down grade their product because of the price...

From what I can see so far, the Camille Rose and KBB ingredients are very similar to online with a couple of additional preservatives(none that LHCFers would be mad at), and they come with higher end prices as well. The prices and size of product are also the same as online.

Well i am going to check that out...now can someone tell me why Mrs Jessie i think curling pudding or something like that is $58?...... when the first few ingredients are things like mineral oil and alcohol? Why is her products so much?

I have yet to go to the Target in Emeryville. I've been stalking the Target in San Leandro which is about 15 min from where I live. They're supposed to have the new KBB and Camille Rose Naturals this month as well, but I haven't seen it yet. I know the official shelf date is March 18, but I've been hoping that maybe they'd put it out a little early.

What kbb scents did they have for the leave ins? Was it just the milk or the nectar too?
 
They also have some Pantene Relaxed an Natural stuff, but I never use it, so I don't know if it is new

Both, I'm not sure which scents were there. I bought the Super Duper Hydrating Hair Cream and it comes in Pomegranate Guava.

Yeah emeryville has a good selection of the natural products. I been tempted to try the new Pantene stuff.

IDK why. WHich is why I ignore her line. I was going to buy a sample at the BSS of the pudding but that mess was $20..for a little 2 or 3 oz sample?! No thanks

They just added Mixed Chicks to my Target. They've been carrying Kinky Curly, Curls, and Shea Moisture for a while. I went to this one Target waaay far out once, and they had everything, like, all of what's in the pics and more. I bout DIED lol

Why are the products like Kinky Curly, Jane Carter, KBB etc for "our" hair so dang expensive? $16 for an 8 oz bottle of hair gel? $21.99 for a 4oz bottle of moisturizer? :nono:

What is in those products that justify these prices/small sizes?

Yeah, I can't really get with 8-12oz of gel for nearly $20. I use gel every day, I need bigger sizes for a more reasonable price.

The Target in Union Nj has more of the new Shea Moisture products but no Camille Rose which I was looking forward to. I will be trying out these products when they have a good sale! I was told that they would be getting more lines there as well. Can't wait!
