Hey now ... that's nice. Lookin' good JNSQ. I may have to try this when I finally straighten in March.

I'm a believer in flat ironing damp hair. I've done it twice and I've had GREAT results.

The difference for me between flat ironing damp vs dry hair is that when I flat iron it being damp, it is shiny and silky looking, presses straighter, and for me it's overall a quicker process than when my hair has dried.
I use a Jilbere Titanium Tools flat iron I got from Sally's Beauty Suppply.

I'll post pics when I get home.

Update: Pics added. The first pic shows the 1st run through. The heat was not high enough.
The second pic is the end result with higher heat.

Je Ne, your hair looks yummy. So soft and bouncy.
I also flatiron my hair damp. I either use my Remington Wet2Straight flat iron or I use my GVP CHI iron. I love it.

Lol not the Mushroom! What happened?
Y'all are doing great with this. I did mine today on damp hair as well :perplexed: and my hair looked okay, but I ended up with a mushroom :lachen:. I'll keep trying so I can keep up with y'all. Simply gawjus.

*kicks rocks* out of thread

Niice! I've pressed my hair damp before... it doesn't damage the hair atall... it can damage your flat iron so be careful if its expensive :yep:
