Horribly!! I too did not make my water goal of 48 oz a day even one day last week and only made 24 oz today. *sigh* This is going to be harder than I thought!!
I didn't do too bad. My goals was 32oz everyday since I started last Wednesday. I made is Thursday, Friday,Saturday but I didn't drink any on Sunday. The weekend is the hardest time for me to drink water.
This week my goal is 40 oz. I may drink more but this will be my goal.
Well I plan to increase my goal to 40 ozs (4 glasses) a day. There were 2 days last week I did not make my goal Fri and Sat. (since my last reporting) but I think my body is benefitting from me drinking more water. I also find myself thinking about water as an option when i'm thirsty instead of just juice and soda. So this challenge has been a good thing for me so far!!!
I fell of slightly but was still doing at least 48-64 oz per day. My skin is looking fab! I also drink drastically less soda/juice, which is decreasing my sugar intake.
Im doing pretty good. 6 to 8 cups per day. I am detoxing now, so I know 8 cups just isn't going to do. I think Im going to have to increase to 10-12 cups for the next 30 days . . .
