Human Hair and Crown&Glory Method

Hi ladies.

I'd like to use human hair to do the Crown and Glory method, but I am wondering how to moisturize it often. Now, I usually wash it a few times a week and add conditioner on the days I don't (I can braid my own hair so slippage is not a problem). I don't think this will work when I move to a colder climate in the fall.

How do those of you who use human hair keep your hair healthy and moisturized?

Here is a little tip: Sleep with a plastic cap. I think that by doing this it aided in my hairgrowth with braids and it keeps your hair very moisturized. You don't have to do it everynight. Just do it as often as you like

I sprayed my braids once a day sometimes 2x per day...my hair was very moisturized when I took down my last set of braids.
