HUGEMONGOUS Pictures in Gallery Help!

I downloaded update pics to my album today just the way I normally do with no changes and they turned out huge. I have no idea why or how to fix it, other than just don't post them.

Any suggestions?

Fix the size, and then post them. I'll delete the large ones that are in there now.
