So this is my first time getting a weave. It's a partial weave. I'm coming on the first week so I'll wash it this weekend. Any recommendations on the do's and don'ts of washing a weave?:look:

I haven't worn a sew in in ages, but you can dilute shampoo with aloe vera juice and put it in an applicator bottle. Then, squeeze the mixture on your scalp and massage. Rinse thoroughly and apply conditioner in the same way.

After washing and conditioning you can sit under a dryer and let your braids dry.

LOL.

I am not being bad, I just really wanted to read some responses (like anyone would expect on a forum) from some respected weavologists.

I believe you :yep:.

But for the OP, I would suggest that she would get more information from another site thsys more weave orientated. BHM comes to mind. Or use youtube like someone posted as that is more visual and practicle.
