Hey ladies. I am trying to protect my hair by wearing wigs/half wigs. the ones where you can leave the front of your hair out...

I need some suggestions on what I should be doing to protect my hair underneath. Last night I slept with a baggy on my hair for the first time ever... my hair was so soft and moist this monring it was unbelievable. But now i have my wig on again. I have my hair pulled back into a pony, but I know I should be doing something a little bit more proactive towards protecting my hair... Please share your tips. Thanks.

braid your hair up. Put a doo rag on,(small one) so your hair won't dry out. And then put a wig cap over that. I have been wearing my wig for about 2 months now, and this work great.
