I curled my hair (see pic below) last night and went to be putting the hair in a bun and the curls do not look as good :ohwell:. Does anyone have any instructions on what to do to keep the curls in for the next day?? I don't want to use heat everyday.

I can't see the pic cause my phone sucks however after curling my hair I usually just do nightly pin curls to keep the curls fresh the next day.

I'm not seeing any pics either but I could never get curls to hold as good the next day either no matter what I did.

moisturize. seal. pin curl. repeat!

My favorite method. Keeps my curls bouncy for 5-7 days.

Like every one said, pincurls. Also satin rollers work very well plus as a bonus they smooth out your hair if it got frizzy that day.

Also consider flexirods. I've been doing dry sets with them at night and love the bouncy curls I get. You would only need a few to maintain your curls.

CocoElizabeth What do you moisturizer with. Maybe a stupid question but do you use plain ole water, leave in, scurl?

The pineapple method made my wand curls last for like 2 weeks when I tried it last month.

Jobwright not a stupid question at all.

currently at night I use Oyin Hair Dew to moisturize. To seal I use keracare essential oils.

Sometimes when I take my hair down in the morning I put a bit of QhemetBiologics Olive and Honey on my fingers and run that thru the curls.

i don't know how to pin curl properly, i use satin jumbo rollers not the pillow ones because those give me ugly dents, the curls look great the next day :yep:

Pincurls is where it's at. I had to learn how to do it though because I was pinning them wrong. Once I did, it was ON...you couldn't tell me nothing!:look:

I pin curl for the first night then pineapple every night after that. My curls last about two weeks. Love it!
