And stop this breakage and dryness. I also noticed some shedding, I want to also curb that some how, because I think that I am getting more then my usual amount. I plan on washing my hair today. What should I do?

I like Aphogee's Moisture Balancing Conditioner. It really does put your hair right back on track with moisture. You will feel the difference as you condition. I hope this helps. Otherwise I really like Giovanni Direct Conditioner found at Whole Foods. :lick:

Try deep conditioning with a moisturizing conditioner for your next two washes.

I like Kenra MC, Joico Moisture Recovery and Queen helene cholesterol.

Hmm... for shedding I find that garlic oil does wonders (use on scalp for a couple of hours before shampoo) and though it stinks a bit, the smell washes away easily. For moisture, I've only tried Humectress and I can say that it is absolutely wonderful. I use it as a DC under the dryer and my hair comes out feeling super moist. HTH :)

Along with your DC - A steam treatment ( I know - everyone is sick of hearing this) Should do the trick - infusing moisture into your strands.
HTH.

try cowashing every other night, and DCing one to two nights a week, in addition to daily moisture. This should help. Seal the ends with oil too.

I've had the same problem and what has helped is DCing with a kicked up cholesterol mix. I've also had to stop with some of my fav conditioners because they have protein.
