how to do twist extensions

I want to try this on my daughter...i plan on buying the hair today...so my questions are...what kind of hair should i get? how much?? And if you know of any instructions online(with pix )i can refer back to? and any tips on getting the roots tight enough so she wont pull them out?

She won't sleep with any scarf or anything and i have to find satin-like sheets because she wont sleep with a pillow...this is why i wont do twists on her own hair and let her wear them to school...i fear serious dryness on her own hair..well i know it will be real dry like that...but please point me in the right direction /images/graemlins/grin.gif

thanks yall..i used delushious' instructions...i got some human kinks for 25.00(which i felt odd buying since her real hair looks juss like it lol but its not brown) and i hope its enough..i have only the back left to do at this point..my roots r not that tight but they r on there good...i'll try to hold her still for some snapshots after im done
