How to do roller set yourself?

For the life of me I don't know how to roller set my hair properly. I wash part and begin to apply the roolers from the back to the front and by the time I get halfway the rollers are falling out. Help!!!!!!!!!!!! I know I have to be doing something wrong or maybe I am using the wrong rollers. I use the ones that has the snaps.

I use magnetic rollers and two small bobby pins at either end. This holds the roller quite tight. However, I have just bought those silver duck bill clips and Im going to try them to see if they hold any tighter. If you put the covers on the magnetic rollers, they tend to leave a dent and make the roller fall out (in my experience). Check out my album and you will see what I mean.
