How To Clean Your Flat Iron (CHI-specific)

I plan on straightening my hair for a length check (Haven't worn it straight in months) but I dug my CHI out this morning and noticed that burnt gunk stuff not on the iron plate itself, but on the edges


What can you use to clean that off?

....your going to need a towel for your flat iron.

just in case...never ever srape your iron. you want it to stay as smooth as possible and a good way to keep your iron from caking is by not using stuff like hairsprays and SPRITZ.

For my maxiglide I just use an old toothbrush and some soap.
