How to blend in a half wig with short natural hair?

I wear lace front wigs but I was looking online and saw Outre Tammy and fell in love with it! But if you look in my siggy you can see that my hair is still short. So my question is for you ladies is how do you blend in your shorter than SL hair in with your half wigs. TIA

(I tried searching for any threads on this topic but couldn't find any. If you know of any please feel free to point me in that direction.)

How close do u think u would be able to get it to UR hairline? Maybe u can only leave a bit out along the perimeter???

I didn't even try to blend, I always slicked my hair back with gel and put on a headband but I would think to do what the previous poster about bringing it close to the hairline.

the tammy wig is/was my fave half wig. I never left any hair out with it tho. just slicked my hair back & used a headband

Mine didn't so I never wore it and eventually threw it out. Going by the pic in your siggy you should be fine. Just install the wig behind your hairline and leave out just enough hair to cover the perimeter of the wig. Then work your curls over the perimeter. Use your usual styling product for hold.

TBH I really didn't mess with blending when I was wearing HW regularly. I didn't use any of my hair as leave out. I put on a nice headband or barrette to cover the wig line and go.

Thanks for the replies ladies. I'm going to pick up Tammy from my local BSS tomorrow and try to blend it. But if it doesn't work I'll just use a headband!
