I attempted to give myself a relaxer last thursday (with just for me texture softener) but since I had 3.5 months worth of brillo pad to work with, I couldn't relax my entire head without running out of time. I want to relax the rest of my head but I need to know how soon is too soon to do the rest of my head. I am concerned that the relaxer will get on some of the hair that was already permed and act like a corrective. Its been 5 days already, would wednesday be too soon to finish this massive task?

Always wait at least 2 weeks before doing any correctives.
Since your hair has already been partially relaxed, coat that hair with any heavy hair dress of your choice, and make an effort to apply relaxer only to the unrelaxed portion.
