I wanted to look nice everyday, so I've flat ironed my hair everyday for the last 3 days.... Yeah I know I know.....I'm sorry lol. What should I do to make it up to my hair. I'm thinking about clarifying with some poo Dcing today with a replenishing pak putting Leave in and Serum and Pinning it up and cowashing everyday for about 3-4 days. You think that will do it to get my hair back healthy? It doesn't look bad or feel rough, but I jUST KNOW my hair is screamin.

If it were my hair, after all the manipulation of flat ironing it so many times, I wouldn't want to risk damaging it more by having my hands in it so much as it recuperates. I would do a nice overnight DC and hot oil treatment on the length and ends, then I'd wash it out with a gentle shampoo (don't see the need to clarify unless you used a LOT of products while flat ironing), condition, moisturize, detangle and let it air dry. I'd remoisturize/reoil as needed until my next wash, but for the most part, I'd keep my hands OUT of my hair. HTH :)

That's a GREAT idea!! It think I am going to wash and do a DC for a couple of hours without the dryer, do a hot oil treatment, leave in, serum, and roll it up to let it air dry. I'll just keep it off my neck for awhile and moisturize every night! THANX!
