OH MY GOSH!!! I am 23, but my biological age is 46!!!! /images/graemlins/shocked.gif Living at home w/ nutritionally deficit parents & school and home stress I know upped my age!! I can't wait until I move out this summer!!! /images/graemlins/mad.gif
I did ok. My chronological age is 29. My biological is 21. I think I scored big points for diet, exercise and non-smoking. I wish I felt 21 tho /images/graemlins/frown.gif
Don't you just love getting carded though.....I mean it's annoying but I look forward to looking youthful as I get older but having the wisdom and experience that many young girls do not have. /images/graemlins/smile.gif
Hey LondonDiva this is an excellent article! One of the best that I've read in ages. The only thing that concerns me is that I was listening to a radio-show that said the fruits and vegetables that are growing today are not getting enuf nutrients because our soil is nutrient-depleted. They were also saying that a farmer has to dig at least 12 inches down in the ground for any type of health food to be beneficial. Farmers don't dig deep enuf in the ground so that the roots of the fruits and veggies can benefit from what nutrients they can retrieve from being planted that deep. This is why I like going to organic stores, food markets to shop. Because when I ask them these types of questions they have told me they were well aware of this problem, and have acted accordingly.
I'm 28 chronically and 58 biologically /images/graemlins/frown.gif I shouldn't be surprised since I often feel old....but dang, 58???? That's older than my mother /images/graemlins/blush.gif

lol@ Pebbles and Sweetcocoa. /images/graemlins/rofl.gif
Well this sounds like a good basis for a start. The only thing I'm afriad of is losing weight. I'd rather gain 6lbs than lose it. I guess if I eat more I should remain quite constant throughout the whole process.
You don't know how much influence that test has had on me. It must have been the first full meal I've prepared myself in a long a$$ time. I went to the supermarket after work and bought sweet potato, brocolli, courgettes, carrots, chicken, soya milk, wholemeal bread, cabbage, clementines, bottled water. Believe you me, for me that is good. My basket is usally filled with processed, sugary foods. I'm definitely sticking with the soya milk the brand I take "SO Good" is bearable other brands i just can't take. My stomach feels better already for having drunk it compared to full fat cow's milk. I used it for my Herbalife shake and it tasted pretty good and light. Hopefully I can stick with this and see the results will show for themselves. I'm even thinking of getting up 30 mins earlier in the morning and doing a lil workout in my living room.
