Dudley's DRC? After I use it followed by joico intense hydrator my hair is unbelievably soft and silky so much so I want to use it as often as i can especially since i never got results like this when I used aphogee. So for those of you who use it how often do you do so?

Every 6 to 8 weeks. I even go 12 weeks depending on how my hair feels.

I use it once a month. For extremely damaged hair, you can use it every two weeks until you don't need it anymore but I am sure that doesn't apply to you.

I love this stuff!!! I just think it depends on your hair. I use it once a month but when my hair was acting up some, i was using it weekly and bi-weekly and it totally fixed my hair issues; Also my hair is definitely not protein sensitive so it wasnt a problem; and as long as you follow up with a moisturizing dc your good.

No my hair isn't extremely damaged but i simply love how silky and glossy my hair is after I use it. I'll use it bi-weekly and see how my hair reacts. Oh lord pls dnt let this lead to a setback I need to grow my hair to below bra strap in about three yrs, i want long beautiful curls for my wedding

You should be fine as long as you do your moisturizing DC afterwards. If you start to see breakage or your hair feels hard, the just keep doing the moisturizing DC's until you have it under control. The main key with anything that you do is to LISTEN to your hair.

From your current length, you should have no problem being MBL in three years. HHG, and congrats on your engagement.
