How often should one wait....

to get a corrective relaxer? My hair is very underprocessed due to my switch to lye(affirm) relaxer that I left for less time than I should have. my hair feels strong, but it feels more like a texturizer than a relaxer. I want to correct this, but I need to know how long I should wait before applying it again. Can anyone help?

I think that you should wait at least a month.
