How often do you wash your hair in a Week

I wash my hair twice a week. ( every three days) I deep condition once per week and I moisturize every day, three times a day. I got this regime idea from Cathy House's book.

Starting this week I am going to co-wash once per week and shampoo once per week. I will deep condition two days a week instead of once. I have been gaining length, but my hair is really thin. So thin, you can see my scalp. I'm trying to get it fuller so I'm going to stretch out my touch ups as far as possible and try to condition as much as possible.

It varies. When I am wearing my hair natural I wash/co wash everyday. If I am wearing it straight (which isn't often) once a week

I follow this routine as well...for now. I am on a growth project, so the daily co-washing really helps. I am almost 4 weeks post and I already have 1/2 inch of new growth. I only shampoo once or twice every 2 weeks.

The ultimate protector for daily co-washers: HENNA!!!
