How often do you use BT?

How often do you use BT? What is your BT reggie.

When I used BT, I applied it to my scalp every other day. If I was bunning, I would use a plastic cap to cover my entire head along with my head scarf and would remove it in the morning.

I am sure there are others that will chime in shortly with how they used or us it.
