Ladies in braid extensions & using BT

how often are you apply BT to your scalp? Also, how often do you wash your hair?

wash daily 9one day shampoo and conditioner/one day rinse with conditioner. BT daily.

Has anyone notice build up upon removal of plaits(individuals)? Or did washing throughtout eliminate build up?

Use everyday only had twist for 1 wk. but I plan to wash every 2-3 weeks.

I wash every 2-3 days. Toy-Pisces, I didn't notice any extra buildup. I always have a lot. But I can feel that my NG has some kind of build-up on it.

Box braids, I wash 2x week, and use BT daily. Its great! No buildup - but I do re-braid random braids at least 2x a week as well due to growth and slippage.

I don't have any build up either. I make sure to rise really, really well and I have my hair rebraided every two to three weeks as well.
