how often do you pritz your twists?

or braids... im asking cause my twists done with my hair last only 2 weeks and look ungly then.

i used to spritz everyday with my mixture (basically water and oil).

should i not put that much?

and if it was with extensions, is it still too much?

I spritz everyday, unless i'm lazy and skip a day. (I also wash once a week)
I would say just "listen" to your hair and spritz it before it starts to feel dry.
