How often do you measure your hair?

I'm always pulling on my strands..I would say several times a week...and contrary to the old saying.."A watched pot will definitely boil" and I'm watching every bubble..LMAO.

Now that I am protective styling I probably kinda of measure each Sunday when I wash it. But the true test will be when I flat iron it, which now will not be that often.
