How often do you apply a rinse?

I use a demi color and I'd like to know how often you could apply one. I use Claroil Natural Instincts Midnight Black. Usually, I'd wait until I see gray, but I hate doing that. Could I use it sooner without damaging my hair?

2x a month or biweekly and I wash 2x every week faithfully. I use adore black velvet and I love it

Thank you! I was hoping it would not be overkill to do it 2X a month. My hair is growing a lot and I hate the fact that my grays just take over. I go from miss to m'aam. I have a dominant gray spot in my crown area. It completely ruins my roller set look I want.
