How much growth do you get a month with Hair growth vitamins?

Hi all, Im thinking about purchasing either Visical or Hair Boutique's hair growth vitamins to speedy my hair growth. I want around 1'' or more a month. But I want to hear from you guys, how much growth would you say you got from using hair growth vitamins?

I heard about that too - but then there's HF37, Hair boutique pills, exotic allure and regular MSM & biotin pills. Im wondering how many inches from each so I can compare the advantages!

I used viviscal and got 1" per month. The NG also came in softer and shinier than it had previously, I think this is b/c of the silica and fish oil in the tablets. In my opinion, as long as you make the commitment to take it every day it's worth it.

My hair usually grows out fast with vitamins, i get about an inch or more
i've tried HF37, its excellent but i got the same results with Amino acids and b complex together, which are the exact vitamins in HF37 anyway, for a lot cheaper.

I use the GNC brands. It's over time when I notice that I have longer hair.

But here is the trick, it doesn't matter if you get the 1" a month because if your not retaining it, then you can lose 1/4 or a 1/2 an inch and now your keeping half our growth

Just something to think about.

Exotic Allure is garbage!!!!

I got more growth with GNC Ultra Nourishair. When I finish the two bottles of Exotic Allure that I have now, I am going back to that. I only got an inch to an inch an a half using the combo of vitamins and MN.

I was just curious, I use One Source Hair,Skin and Nails vitamin in combination with One A Day Womens multivitamin. I bought them from Walmart. Can this be just as good or equivalent to the hair vitamins you ladies mention here?
