How much does my hair grow a month?

I have included a picture of my new growth. In the pic I am 2 months post relaxer.
(sorry the part isn't perfect)

Do you guys think that you could help me determine how much my hair grows a month?
My natural texture is very tightly curled so there is probably a lot of shrinkage.
Is my hair growing at a natural rate or is it very slow compared to others?

It's gonna be hard to tell because even with relaxed ends, your new growth is going to experience some shrinkage. If I were to guesstimate, I'd say were getting the normal 1/2 inch a month. That's how most relaxed heads look 2 months post.
