Does anyone know how much protein their amino acid supplements contain? My PP liquid aminos came today (YAY!!) and it says each softgel contains 750mg of protein (actually 2250 because the recommended dose is 1 tab, three times a day). It seemed like a lot but that translates into 2 grams of protein. I thought an amino acid supplement would provide more than that, at least 10 grams. Maybe it is just my supplement or maybe my math is off. How many grams of protein do you take?
