How many grams of Chlorella

For the ladies that are taking chlorella how many grams are you taking?

I'm taking the Chlorophyll, that is the main ingredient of chlorella. I'm taking a tbs in the moprning, and one in the night,

I am taking 8g, but I slowly worked myself up to that point, starting at an eighth of a teaspoon daily for a week.

right now I'm buying the 1,000mg , but if anybody knows of a reputable brand that makes a higher dosage please let me know. I refuse to be sitting up here taking 15 pills a day.
