HOW LONG does it take you to WET ROLLERSET your hair after washing?

15 to 25 minutes using 12 greys and about 6 purple rollers. However, I've noticed lately that its taking me a bit longer because MY HAIR IS GETTING LONGER!!! I just started using the greys about 3 months ago (I was using purple and reds) and I may have to bumb up to the next larger size already . . .

Everyone is commenting on how long my hair is getting. I don't measure the length, but I've got at least 2 noticeable inches in the last 6 months or so . . .

Bumping, this is a great thread. I just started experimenting with ponytail rollersetting. I use about 14 rollers and it takes me around 20-30 minutes. Since I use mesh, I'm considering trying a full rollerset soon.

It takes me about 20 minutes rollerset my hair. I use the red and purple rollers.:D I try to rollerset after every washing. If I don't have time, I just air dry my hair.

It has taken me anywhere from 40-90 minutes. I've only done this 4 times, so I'm still getting used to it. I use about 18 gray and 4 purple rollers.

The last time, it took roughly 1 hr and 20 mins. It was my fifth time doing it so I'm still trying to get faster. I used about 25-30 medium sized rollers.

It takes me about 30 to 40 minutes to put in about 35, 1-inch diameter rollers, for spiral curls. When using the 2-inch gray rollers, for straighter styles, it takes me about 15-20 minutes. I rollerset weekly or twice per week, and it is the only way I dry my hair.

45 minutes to a good hour. An hour and a half if I have alot of NG. My mother can get throguh her hair in about 15 minutes tops. *sigh* That said, along with the time you ladies posted, I have a LONG way to go.

About 15-20 minutes on a good day. On an "I'm taking my precious time because I feel like it" day, 30-35 minutes.

About 45 minutes.

For some reason whenever I use the gray rollers it doesn't look right. Still working on perfecting my set with the gray rollers....:(
The purples are too small but the set looks better.

I also like to use the green magnetics for the spiral look.

I am getting quicker...30-45 mins.

If I want it tight and curly, green down the middle and red on the sides.

If I want it loose, gray in the middle, purple on the sides.

I sometimes airdry at night. Can't believe I can sleep in those things! If I sit under the bonnet...1-2 hours.

I rollerset 1-2 times a week. I twist out a lot also.

Because with the smaller rollers, you can grip them in your hands better and get more tension. Also, the more times you can wrap your hair around the roller (ie. with the smaller rollers) you can get that tension, and a smoother set!
Hope this makes sense.
I guess about 45 minutes. I have really thick hair and have to use quite a few rollers!

Thanks for clearing that up. I thought maybe my hair needed to be longer for it to "set" right. :ohwell:
