How long do you use MN?

Hello Ladies,

I want to know how long do you use MN before taking a break. I can't imagine that MN is good for long term use.

ETA: I've been using MN for about 2 weeks now. I plan on using it until my Ayurvedic products come in the mail.

I would suggest that you pay attention to your hair, you'll know when to stop.

I've done some research and I found that creams with MN as an ingredient have not been approved by the FDA for long term use. I'll use it for a while but I don't plan on using it for the rest of my life.
