How long do you use a new product before you realize it's just not for you? I bought a few products from the Elasta QP line that I'm not so sure about. I used them with my last rollerset, but I didn't use them seperately, so I think I may give them another try. I think I should use one at a time to see if any of them work for me. Elasta QP Intense and a few other things. My rollerset came out nice, but in the days since, my hair has begun to be VERY dry.

It depends on my intial results. If it super sucks then I trash it. If its just okay I search the board for other ways to use it and I think about what I could have been doing before hand to make it not be soo great.

So far 3 times. I was not pleased with some products (shampoos & oils) but want to use them up (can't waste $$) so I reversed the order and it worked out better. I did a pre-poo with oils (overnight) and then shampooed. My hair was still stiff but not as oily as it had been when following the directions and using the oils last. I have about 2 - 3 uses left and then I will give up if things don't change.
