how long do you condtion?

reg deep conditioner-longest about 4 hours

protein 2 hours...

i usually try and keep my deep conditoning to a 2 hour max

moisturising conditioners -60 to 90 mins (my hair will hate me if only leave it on according to the bottle directions)
lite protien conditioners -20 to 30 mins
I havent tried a strong protien conditioner yet.

CharUK,
I usually end up jumping in and out of the shower 2 or 3 times! A bathrobe comes in handy! This evening I got in the shower,washed my hair, put in a protein treatment, sat under the dryer, got BACK in the shower, washed that out, put in my Humectress, got BACK out, left that in for an hour or so with a plastic cap(too lazy to get back under the dryer), then GOT BACK in the shower to wash that out! geeez....
