Ladies, if you have questions about your order, please contact naturallady. Posting here isn't going to get your order to you faster!:lol: I'm not trying to be rude, just being sensible. Get your info from the mixtress herself. Orders will be received at different times, depending on where you live, when it shipped, etc.
 
The first time I ordered, it took like almost 3 weeks. The second time, it took from a Monday-Thursday. Very short. I just sent a money order in (the darn page wouldn't display for me on PayPal) out of desperation, lol. I'm on the last of my bottles...and I needed 2 more of the Green Tea & Cucumber ones.

I gotta take comparison shots cuz I know my hair is longer. I can feel it on my back hanging down lower.

You should probably e-mail her or PM her, like other posters have said.

It does kinda bother me that this thread got 1 star...cuz the OP was just sharing her experience. I do see how maybe someone could think she was trying to call someone out or whatever...but I think this post was a general consumer comment/concern. Nothing personal.

First time a couple of days, second time 1 week and 2 days. The second time I knew it would take longer because EVERYBODY was placing an order, and she just a one woman operation.

I would PM her and let her know.
 
Mine took less than 2 weeks...:grin:
& that's fantastic coming to an APO address,
which usually can take FOREVER.:ohwell:
 
I got mine today :clap: I think I placed my order on a weekend...April 7th but I expected it to take a minute since NL is getting bombarded with orders.
 
I ordered mine on 4/7 and received it on 4/18. I never received an email confirmation/receipt because Paypal had my old email address.
 
Mine arrived pretty quickly, maybe a week? I know it was 10 days max. Thanks naturallady :)
 
I received mine within a week, like someone said if it has been 3 weeks email her to see what is going on, make sure she isn't waiting on ingredients and other supplies.

:lol: :lol: that's funny. I contacted NaturalLady and my order's on its way! it was just a slight oversight. she's very nice and apologized. all's right with the hair world again. thanks for all your support ladies!

P.S. it takes longer if you pay with a check using paypal than with your credit card. that's why.

i ordered about 3-4 days ago & i've already gotten a notice that my scented BT has been shipped out & will arrive w/in 2-3 business days. so, i guess my order will take about a week, too. Naturallady is on top of her game;) i truly can't wait(anything to help me transition faster!)....au naturel BSL here i come!!!!
 
The scented BT that I ordered on 4/12 just arrived ... I am soooooo excited! *Skips away to the bathroom, bottle and comb in hand* :D
 
I got mine today! wow.. i'm surprised it came so fast. that's literarily 3 days since i email NaturalLady. I'm so ordering more when i run out. Thanks NaturalLady!
 
My order took about a week. My mother then ordered some and hers came today, so about a week too.
 
Good luck with this stuff ladies. I'm on a don't jump on the bandwagon challenge right now, so I won't be buying anything new until I use what I've already got!
 
It took me about a week to receive my BT in the mail. That was good enough service for me; I have no complaints about the length of time....1 week for a homemade product instead of the usual 2 or 3. I can deal :)
