i ordered the scented one 3 weeks ago and i have yet to receive a mailing conformation. anybody else had this problem?
 
I ordered a bottle last week, and I can't wait for it to arrive! I've been reading so many wonderful things about this product. I believe I read another thread where Naturallady said that when it takes awhile to be shipped, it's because she's having a hard time getting one of the ingredients. I hope this helps.

For those of you that have recieved a bottle before, does it come by the US postal service, or another service? Is it in a box, or some other container (like a padded envelope) that can fit in the mailbox?
 
it came thru USPS in a cube shaped box. it doesnt fit in a mailbox. i had to pick it up from my post office the following day.
 
A little over a week for me...I also didn't get a mail confirmation but I emailed her and she let me know it was on the way.

Hey, I ordered the scented one on 4/12, and I just checked the email account linked to my PayPal, and I'd been sent a tracking number this afternoon. So I say check you PayPal email, and if you don't have an email, contact her. I don't think she'd mind, she seems to be really nice.

Nearly 3 weeks. It was sent to the wrong address and then back to the sender :-(--. After contacting N. L. about the problem, I had to wait another week to get the product.

I wasn't going to post, but I wanted the person who posted to know she is not alone.
 
Mine came so fast-like two days and I am all the way across the country. It was amazing. I ordered the unscented. I'm tempted to try it again and order the scented:look: .
 
Mine came lickity split. That is what I call good customer service! Not none of that 10 business days crap! I think mine took 3 days.
 
Mine took 11 days to get to me (I got it this past Sat.), and I was very happy to get it. I hope yours comes soon.

Maybe you could pm naturallady with your real name and ask her to check the status of your order (that's what she did for me). She's very nice, and has great customer service skills/practices. I'm sure she would be concerned that it's taken so long to get to you.

Same here. I've ordered twice and each time took approx. a week.

I had a feeling that shipping might slow down a little. After all of those threads blowing BT up, I knew that NL was going to be slammed with orders.

Next time I'm going to order two bottles.
 
Any international orders? I'm in the UK and would like to also know when I should expect I want to make sure I AM HOME :D
 
I received mind a little over a week (could have been at my parents prior to, just didn't check). I would email her or pm her. I received a shipping notification a day/two after I paid.
