to see results from using MSM supplements, and how much growth did you achieve in say, a month? My growth rate is 1/2" a month, but I wanna see if this MSM powder will get me 1" a month possibly.

There was a thread yesterday or the day before re: MSM results.....I'll look for the thread and post for ya...

I can tell you that I'm extremely happy w/the results since I've been using it. I believe you can get 1" per month ...

MSM completely changed my hair texture among other things, but it didn't make it grow faster. It look about 1 month to see the texture change. Silica (which I'm out of) changes my texture even more.

Off to get more silica...
