I used the aphogee on June 26 I believe and I was wondering how long after that can I use the Motions CPR?

Why do you have to wait? B/c they are both strong (thas the only word I can think of) protein treatments? Well I read every month or every 6 weeks some people use strong protein. I tried some Fantasia Protein and didn't really like so I bought a small Aphogee and plan on using that 6 weeks from the date of the Fantasia...I could be wrong tho cuz I am new to all of this

I'm not sure why I have to wait, I know some others were saying I should wait to use it. I thought the motions would be considered a light protein and wasn't as strong as aphogee.

instead of measuring in terms of time why don't you do it in treatments. e.g evry three moisture treatments do a protein one. that way your not over doing the protein. too much can cause dryness, brittleness and breakage

I was going to recommend the same thing. It amounts to every other month switching between Aphogee and Motions CPR.

I use CPR immediately after Aphogee with no problem as it is more of a moisturising protein on my hair.

me too. i find it works better than the moisture balancing moisturizer. i consider cpr to be mild to light.

Wow, Den1. My hair hates too much protein, but I may have to reconsider. How is the softness afterward? My first day after Aphogee alone requires tons of moisture. It softens quickly thereafter.

My hair is always supple and shiny with lots of silp and moisture, no hard or brittleness whatsoever.HTH

Their balancing moisturiser, IMHO is rubbish it didn't provide any moisture.

IMHO it is.

ok then, so in that case(if CPR is a light protein), how soon can u use a light protein after using a heavy one? one week? two? TIA...

Also are reconstructors considered light or heavy proteins?

does anyone have the link to an old post that listed all of the light and heavy protein ingredients? that would be of great help!
