How Do You Use Flexi Rollers?

I saw flexi rollers in the BSS and I started to buy them until I realized.....I don't know how to use them!

What is the technique to this? I would love to try it.

I was confused until I saw it being done on my head. You basically take the hair and wrap it around the rod starting at the bottom and then bend the top if the rod down so it looks like a shepards crook when you get to the roots. That will make it stay.
