How do you unsubscribe to a thread?

If it's a recent thread - go to your User CP, and right under the thread there will be a link to unsub.
If it's an older thread, go to your User CP, scroll down to the bottom of the list of subbed threads, click on 'See All Subbed Threads', find your thread, mark the checkbox next to it, scroll down to the bottom and select 'Delete' from the drop down box.
