I just purchased some Spirulina from the health food store on Friday because I heard what an excellent supplement it is, but the only problem is...that ish taste straight RANK
. At first I tried to just take it straight and then swig water behind it. Big mistake on my part. I thought I'd never get that taste out of my mouth. Then I tried mixing it in water, and it made the water all thick and chunky, almost resulting in me losing my lunch, lol. Now I want to try mixing it in some sort of pudding or shake to make it more palatable. So ladies, you have any suggestions?
