I co wash every day, leave in the conditioner and wet bun. The moisture in my hair keeps my scalp cool. I alternate between High bun and low bun. I usually put my hair in one braid at night and pin up and unbraid and bun in the morning for a curly/texture bun.

roller set and use moisture block and lottabody creme set to hold curls
